If you’re champing at the bit to get your hands on Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, a high definition Xbox 360 remake of the original shooter, you’ll probably swallow anything Halo-related whole. So this is for you: pre-order goodies for the upcoming game, which hits on November 15.
Order the game early and you’ll get access to Master Chief’s signature MJOLNIR Powered Assault armor… for your Xbox Live Avatar. Probably more useful, though, is the “Grunt Funeral” skull for the game which, when activated, makes every single grunt “explode like a plasma grenade” when killed. If you hate grunts (and who doesn’t), this one’s for you.
Halo factory 343 Industries has also released a “behind-the-scenes” feature detailing the development of the upcoming Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary. And can you believe that the original Halo: Combat Evolved shipped ten freakin’ years ago!?
