GTA V on PC drops to $38 during Rockstar sale

Grand Theft Auto V finally gets a sizable discount at 36% off to $38.40 on GMG. Note that this is the Rockstar Games Social Club key so if you want an equivalent Steam deal, you’re probably going to have to wait ’til the Steam Winter Sale (note that Steam will still require Social Club).

The PC port of course was released earlier this year, hence the pricing stubbornness. Many people were disappointed in a lack of deals earlier this summer, and were even more turned off by the faux deal where the only discount was GTA V being bundled in with a Shark Card.

FYI, GMG is not the only retailer with the discount going — if you prefer other retailers, the Rockstar publisher sale is also popping at: DLGamer, Games Planet, and Games Republic — all with discounts up to 80% off.
