Niche publisher of various vinyls, merch and limited edition releases iam8bit has released its physical edition of Gone Home for Nintendo Switch. The new-old release should be on its way to pre-order customers right now, or can be purchased direct from the iam8bit store.

Originally released for PC back in 2013 (yes, really) before being ported to consoles and mobile platforms years later, Gone Home is the tale of a young woman who returns to her childhood home in Oregon to find it bereft of family members. Letting herself in, Katie goes on a nostalgic journey, exploring the house and learning about the many dramatic events that have taken place since she left, piecing together the fragments of her broken family.

iam8bit’s physical edition is a region-free title that includes a reversible sleeve and a foldout poster of the game’s instantly recognisable but strangely unsettling artwork. You can grab a copy from the online store right here, priced at around $35.

Gone Home is available now on PS4, PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and iOS devices.
