Right from the start of gamescom on August 15, attendees can rush the Call of Duty: Black Ops II booth (Hall 6, booth A21/B30- A31/B30) to get the opportunity to play the upcoming game on Xbox 360. Additionally, fans will have the chance to earn an Express Pass for Black Ops II over at the Turtle Beach booth (Hall 6.1, booth C10). Imagine those lines!
Those of us not going to the show won’t be left in the dark. The multiplayer madness will be streamed to all Xbox Live members in the United States, Canada, and Europe starting on Wednesday; expect to find video-on-demand footage afterward as well. Other streaming destinations include: Xbox.com, CallofDuty.com, Facebook.com/codblackops, and Twitch.tv/treyarch.
As someone who hasn’t touched the last two Call of Duty games, I really like what I’m seeing (and hearing) of Black Ops II. The changes present might just be enough to pull me back in.
