Samurai Warriors 4 came and went earlier this year, and for Warriors fans, it was definitely worth picking up. The Samurai train isn’t over though, as an anime called Sengoku Musou will be debuting next year, and FUNimation has acquired the rights to it. The anime will take place after the TV special — which was included in some copies of the game.

The show is basically a re-imagining of the same setting and characters from the series. It will debut on January 11th, and you can catch it by subscribing to FUNimation’s streaming service, or using the 14-day free trial once all of the episodes have aired — then binge!
