Fulgore closes out season one of Killer Instinct

Available for download today alongside a big update

When I think “Killer Instinct,” I think “Fulgore.” How could I not, given that iconic, badass black Super Nintendo cartridge featuring the cyborg front and center? It’s nice, then, to finally see him added to the game today as the last character of the season one content rollout.

The game has also received an important new update which adds Arcade Mode, Spectator Mode, and online lobbies for up to eight players per room. At 6.8GB, this update is going to take a while to download, so keep that in mind before you come in expecting instant gratification.

From here on out, Killer Instinct will be Iron Galaxy’s show now that the studio has taken over for developer Double Helix Games’ following its acquisition by Amazon.
