Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 is just around the corner. Epic Games has titled the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 as ‘Absolute Doom’ with a focus heavily on Doctor Doom and a variety of other Marvel characters.
The next Fortnite seasons begins on August 16, and thanks to the usual mix of leaks and official announcements, we largely know what to expect. That launch date was among the details Epic has already confirmed, though the exact time Season 4 begins is still up in the air. Previous season release patterns suggest beginning within hours of maintenance, so hopefully, August 16, somewhere around 2 a.m. PT, is still a reasonable expectation.
However, Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4 start might get further delayed. For Season 3, the downtime lasted for around 10 hours before the new season commenced.

Shiina, a reliable source of leaks, suggests there will be several Marvel character skins available next season. We have already seen the likes of War Machine, Captain America, Gwenpool, Mysterio, and Doctor Doom in the recently revealed trailer for Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4.

Fantastic Four are coming to Fortnite
Additionally, Shiina shared that all Fantastic Four characters will be coming to Fortnite during Season 4. So, Fortnite players might get to pick up skins for Mr. Fantastic, Invisible Woman, The Thing, and Human Torch as well in the upcoming season.
Weapons in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 4
The trailer also revealed the gameplay of Doctor Doom using his powers to wreak havoc, which points towards a Doctor Doom Mythic arriving. Furthermore, Shuri, as Black Panther, used her powers as well, and we also got to see Captain America’s Shield at work. War Machine’s signature gun turret was also teased during the trailer. From the looks of it, these are all coming to Fortnite next season.
