Why pay $24 when you can pay $18

As of this morning, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster became available on Steam for PC gamers. Hooray. Square Enix has continued its trend of no fanfare pre-order phase and immediately went into a release-week discount of 20 percent off. But we wouldn’t be doing our job if we didn’t tell you that there are better deals out there.

Green Man Gaming, like all other Square Enix retailers, is also included in the 20 percent instant savings launch discount… but we’ve been told you can currently use our 25 percent off code on Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster to double dip on savings. This brings the total to only $18, which, if our math is correct, is totally better than $24.

Note: our 25% off code expires tomorrow morning. After that, you can use 20% off code DEALZON20 but you’ll be paying a wee bit more.

The HD Remaster features include:

  • Adjustable resolution and graphic settings
  • Pick either original or remastered/rearranged BGM (yes)
  • Auto save, 2x and 4x speed, or auto battle mode
  • Enemy encounter frequency (increase or turn off)
  • Hide HUD (for screenshots galore)

You can find the full list of features and details here in the launch notes.
