Electronic Arts and its EA Play label is justifying your decision to throw away all of those dusty physical board games, today announcing Hasbro Family Game Night 3 for a Fall 2010 release.
The title is headed to PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii, and will feature digital versions of The Game of Life, Clue, Twister, Mouse Trap, and Yahtzee Hands Down. The games will be hosted by the creepy spud Mr. Potato Head, and players can use their Mii and Avatar on the Wii and Xbox 360, respectively.
I’m sitting here trying to figure out how Twister would work on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 without motion controllers, and I’ve got nothing. The EA announcement doesn’t mention the use of Natal or Move, so I’ll be curious to see how this plays out. Twister tournament at E3 anyone?
