EA reveals costs for renting private servers for Battlefield 1

You can do it on all three platforms

Remember when EA said that you could rent servers for Battlefield 1? Well, the prices are out, and I hope you’re loaded.

First off, PC prices are more expensive, straight up, compared to PS4 and Xbox One. It’s $2.99 a day on PC ($1.99 on consoles), and the highest increment of 180 days will run you $150 on PC ($99 on consoles). There’s no exact date given nor are there any advertised features outside of kicks and bans, but they’re expected to drop in November.

Damn, is all I have to say. I remember back in the day when my friends would run Apache servers on their rigs for us to play on, and now it’s $300 a year (on PC)?
