Earlier this year, Yoostar 2 launched onto the Xbox 360 and PS3, allowing players to insert themselves into their favorite movies. Shortly thereafter, the game was integrated with Yoostar Playground, adding expanded social functionality to the core game. Players could upload their videos onto Yoostar Playground and, from there, send it to Twitter, Facebook, or even YouTube, while those without the game could still vote on their favorite performances.
At E3 and in the presence of an ever slick Snoop Dogg, the Yoostar Entertainment Group announced a partnership with MTV to bring Yoostar on MTV exclusively for Kinect. Players can act out scenes from MTV’s vast catalog of original programming or music videos. And yes, that includes Jersey Shore.
Aside from the new content, Yoostar on MTV includes improved green screen tech to reduce pixelation and the chances of your head getting cut from the frame border. Also, 4 GB 360 Slim users can play this time around, expanding the experience to players lacking a hard drive.
Those ready to act a complete fool alongside Snooki and company can pick up Yoostar on MTV later this year for $49.99.
