You’ve seen the art for the upcoming Wii, PS2, and PSP game Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, haven’t you? There’s all of two images right now: one is of an unattractive logo for the game and the other is of Harry Mason (above), who seems to be clutching his chest while he…

…orders a pizza?

….calls Geico to get his car insurance?

…calls his GPS provider as he seems to be lost in Silent Hill?

…calls in his heart medication prescription?

…calls his agent to find out why he’s in such a fugly artist’s rendition?

The very minute these images hit the Destructoid offices, we began to mock appreciate them. It’s just that…um, okay…so, we’re as*holes. Our heartfelt apologies to the artist. And don’t hate us, Konami. We love Silent Hill. We love Harry Mason and his new look. But most of all, we love…paying tribute to games. That’s why we’ve put together this collection, this artistic homage to the art of Silent Hill: Shattered Memories.

In our gallery below you’ll find that every member of the Destructoid staff has reached deep within themselves to offer up an interpretation of this image of Harry Mason through photography. We hope that this collection of work inspires you to create and share your intrepretations as well.
