Destiny 2 The Call god roll – Best perks and attachments

It’s calling out to me!

Destiny 2 The Call

Destiny 2’s recent Final Shape expansion brings a lot of new weapons to the table that seriously shake up the meta. The Ergo Sum sword for example is an exotic secondary Sword that you can farm to get a god roll on, which is something virtually unheard of before. One such weapon that’s been extremely popular has a god roll as well, though it can be tough to nail that down. Here’s the god roll for The Call in Destiny 2, including perks and attachments.

The best perks, barrel, and magazine for The Call in Destiny 2

The way The Call is designed implies that this weapon will become your new primary, so how we’re building this is to deal with add clear while having some respectable elite damage. Naturally, you’ll want to mainly use your heavy weapon against things like bosses, while your secondary is a wildcard. With those goals in mind, you’ll want to take the following perks and attachments:

  • Barrel – Quick Launch
  • Magazine – Tactical Mag
  • Perk 1 – Lead from Gold
  • Perk 2 – Desperate Measures

On the barrel side of things, Quick Launch helps to compensate for The Call’s rather low projectile speed. The Tactical Mag, meanwhile, is a bunch of flat buffs all around that help improve some of the weapon’s drawbacks a bit. As for perks, Lead from Gold always pairs well with Special ammo weapons that are meant to be primaries. That extra ammo is a godsend at times. Desperate Measures also provides some extra damage, and is especially useful in grenade/melee builds like some of the meta Prismatic builds right now. If you want, One for All is a nice alternative since you’ll be hitting a lot of enemies fast with The Call.
