Death himself will come after cheaters in Guild Wars

My strong desire to avoid playing MMOs is not something I’ve ever tried to hide. Even if I wanted to get pulled into one of these games, the time honestly isn’t there. You can imagine, then, how I feel when videos about crazy stunts GMs pulled as retaliation against less-than-desirable players make the rounds.

Or, in the case of Guild Wars, a video showcasing AreaNet’s badass banning process; never before have I wanted to play Guild Wars so badly. Cheat, and the God of Death Dhuum will strike you down with his mighty scythe as your body erupts in flame in front of a crowd of horrified onlookers.

This is what videogames are all about, people.
