I’ve been following Conan O’Brien’s Clueless Gamer sketch since 2012, and it’s brought me more than enough laughs to justify its existence. Conan’s entire shtick/character is basically that he doesn’t know anything about games and practically hates them, something he’s carried through on with gusto for going on five years now. And apparently it’s so popular that it’s getting its own show, beyond the confines of his talk program.

According to the president of TBS, “video game companies are sending [them] their new product…because it’s been such a huge success.” Reilly also shuts down the rumor that Conan’s core show is moving to a once a week format, noting that this is “more activity for him…not less.”

I hope that “activity” involves more trips to the Taco Bell headquarters.
