Com2Us, publisher of such mobile game extravaganzas as Crazy Hotdogs Tailgate Party, have made available this trailer for their newest title, Chronicles of Inotia: Legend of Faenor. It’s an action/RPG for the iPhone that looks like it might be pretty good. One might even say it appears promising, if the person in question was myself, which I am. It is also making me want to play Secret of Mana in a really bad way.
All of these games coming to iPhone are causing a reconsideration of my long-standing boycott against products beginning their names with a lowercase “i.” On the one hand, I don’t want to give in to the iPod culture (and I absolutely loathe the iTunes software) but damn if these games aren’t becoming highly appealing.
I’m going to black out one of these days and awaken to find myself on the floor of a shopping center wearing white earbuds. I just know it.
