EA Tiburon is making Madden NFL 11 “simpler,” “quicker,” and “deeper,” and they’re here to tell you all about how they’re doing it. EA Sports sent over the first two videos from the Madden 11 “Developers Series” this afternoon; you can watch the first one (“Simpler. Quicker. Deeper.”) above, and check out the second one (“GameFlow. Gameplanning. Locomotion.”) after the jump. Sadly, unlike the game’s debut trailer, both of these videos are devoid of a Gus Johnson voice-over.

For those of you who are starved for new Madden 11 gameplay footage, the second developer diary has plenty of it interspersed with comments from creative director Ian Cummings, art director Mike Young, senior producer Phil Frazier, and senior product marketing manager Anthony Stevenson. Hopefully, with game times cut in half, more people will want to keep playing online after trying it out once. Let us know what you think of the videos!
