Resident Evil: Revelations HD hits PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U in just a couple of months, and the hype train seems stalled at the station. Other than a few screenshots and a preview or two, Capcom hasn’t said much about the game. They better start communicating to consumers that this is a game worth paying attention to, because it is.

Thankfully, some resourceful Europeans have released over 30 minutes of video of the game in action. It’s not the most exciting 30 minutes, but it’s worth checking out to check out the visual upgrades and for a few appearances from Rachel, the terrifying PTSD sex monster thing that works as Revelations equipment to Resident Evil 3‘s Nemesis.

The mood is largely spoiled by the commentary, which works as a constant reminder that you’re watching someone else play a videogame. Or maybe it’s great? Maybe someone who speaks German can tell us what exactly is being said here, and if it’s worth listening to.

Just like in a Gameboy game... a nice tight little world... and all its inhabitants... made out of little building blocks... Why can't these little pixels be the building blocks for love..?
