CG opening screens: Kingdom Hearts 3D Dream Drop Distance

The ten year anniversary since the first Kingdom Hearts game is upon us. Time flies. I remember people losing their sh*t, getting all emotional over that very first Kingdom Hearts game trailer. Grown men blubbered and sobbed over those PS2-era graphics and Disney cameos set to the orchestral version of “Simple and Clean.” I lost it at Donald. I’m man enough to say that.

Ten years later and the series is still going strong. The next release is Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance], set to dropon the 3DS later this year. To celebrate this occasion we have new screenshots taken from the game’s CG opening movie, created by Square Enix’s Visual Works studio. Enjoy.
