You can switch to 120 FPS mode by opening up your main menu, going to the Settings cog in the bottom right, then selecting Graphics Settings. The FPS option is under the Custom section, and you can switch to 120 FPS here. Now, it should be noted that 120 FPS mode is only supported on PC, not on other platforms.

There are also some other important requirements, such as the GPU and CPU combo that you are running. If you do not have the correct hardware, the option will not be there for 120 FPS. The developer, Kuro Games, has also advised that running 120 FPS may cause some performance or hardware errors. The advice for when this happens is to disable the 120 FPS and then restart the game. After doing so, people affected by issues should contact their customer service team.
