Can you play Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis on PC?

Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis has hit mobile devices, which may leave some players feeling left out. After all, Final Fantasy 7 Remake only exists on consoles and PCs, so many would understandably prefer to play it on those platforms. Of course, Ever Crisis is firmly a mobile game, so it makes sense why the game would stay in that environment. But for PC players, is there still a way to play Ever Crisis?
