Call of Duty: WWII’s social space looks good for goofing off

Headquarters

You might have heard about something called “Headquarters” in Call of Duty: WWII. It’s a new in-game hub for social gathering, and while Sledgehammer has brought it up before, this is our first good look:

Among other things, players will be able to duel each other in the Pit, practice together at the Firing Range, watch live eSports matches in the Theater, and “man the AA guns to earn rewards.”

Generally, I’m way into these sorts of hubs in multiplayer games. They can be a great way to warm up before matches, unwind after a few too many heated rounds, or just generally kill some time. But socializing in Call of Duty? Yeah… I’m less sure about that. The space itself looks good, at least.
