The Bulrush Express level in Super Mario Bros. Wonder is pretty difficult to deal with. With the speed of the Bulrush creatures, it’s hard to get everything first time.
Where to find all the Flower Coins in Bulrush Express
After activating the first Wonder Flower, jump on top of the Bulrush animals. As the stampede proceeds, stay on top. Soon a pipe drops a mushroom towards Mario (or his other friends but let’s stick to Mario for now). Get ready to jump at this point.
The first Flower Coin is floating above the snails (pictured above). Bounce on them and grab it. The Floating High Jump action badge is particularly helpful. Stay on the front of the Bulrush and then jump in between the snails to get it.
Next, the second Flower Coin is under a red pipe on the way up. It’s just after the second blue P switch. I have to admit, it’s hard to get the timing right.
The last Flower Coin is after the third blue P switch. There’s one line of blocks with snails on it. After that, get ready to jump for the third Flower Coin. I’ve had to try getting this over and over again. If you get frustrated, keep trying! You’ll get it eventually.
Where to find the Bulrush Express secret exit in Super Mario Wonder
Before you venture into Bulrush Express a second time, have Mario use the Elephant power-up. After that, reach the end of the level. There are blocks to the right before you go into the pipe. Break them with the elephant’s trunk.
To get the elephant power-up, head over to the first level “Welcome to the Flower Kingdom!” The second ! block will include the animal form. You can get two of the Elephant power-ups in this level. You can keep one in reserve just in case.
After finishing the secret exit, you’ll get a third Wonder Flower. Now you’ve got all the collectibles and secrets in this level. Phew, that was a tough one!
