Xbox Live Arcade has been on a roll lately; this week we got Sonic the Hedgehog and Golden Axe, and thanks to the guys at Gamerscoreblog, we now know that Bomberman Live (800 MP) and Yie Ar Kung Fu (400 MP) will be released next week.
Ever since Aaron Linde got the chance to play Bomberman Live last month at a Hudson event, we’ve all been insanely jealous of him. I was starting to think the game would never come out, but what do you know, now we’ll all be able to enjoy it soon enough. Here’s what you can expect to find:
•4-person local multiplayer, 8-person online multiplayer
•Customize Bomberman’s look with over 10,000 possible combinations
•8 multiplayer arenas, each with their own gimmicks
•16 different power-ups (and power-downs)
Or maybe you’re more excited about getting your hands on Yie Ar Kung Fu? It will feature leaderboards and the option to play the game in its original graphical style, or a brand new version featuring hand painted backgrounds and models.
What’s the general consensus this time? Are you thinking of buying one game, both games, or neither game?
