If you’ve gotten lucky and pulled Sethos in Genshin Impact, you might be wondering how he fits into your team. As an on-field Electro DPS character, Sethos’ kit is balanced around the Quicken and Aggravate reactions. Here are Sethos’ best Quicken teams to maximize his damage!
Sethos in Quicken teams
First, a brief overview of Quicken and Aggravate reactions. When Electro and Dendro combine in any order, an enemy receives the Quicken status. This looks like a green lightning effect around the enemy. Hitting an enemy in this state with Electro attacks triggers Aggravate, which increases the attack’s damage.
Since Sethos relies on Quicken and Aggravate reactions, his best teams will feature Dendro teammates. You can supplement additional Electro or Anemo units, too, for additional damage and buffs.
Best Dendro teammates for Sethos
Sethos should be paired with at least one Dendro teammate in order to maintain the Quicken status on enemies. Off-field Dendro application is particularly important, since Sethos will want to stay on-field using either Normal or Charged Attacks. The best Dendro teammates for Sethos are:
- Nahida – Provides high off-field Dendro application and damage.
- Dendro Traveler – Provides good off-field Dendro application, but less damage than Nahida.
- Baizhu – Has less Dendro application, but still good enough, and provides healing.

Other teammates for Sethos
Once you have your Dendro unit(s) picked out, fill in the empty slots on your team with some flex picks. Try a second Electro character who can deal off-field damage. Some examples include:
- Fischl – Provides energy and significant off-field Electro damage.
- Yae Miko – Deals off-field Electro damage.
