Understanding pipelines and how they work should be your topmost priority if you want a long and successful College Football 25 Dynasty mode.
In simple words, pipelines represent the sources of new talents that you can recruit into your programs. In Dynasty mode, the recruitment you make will be largely decided by the influence you and your school have on a given pipeline. Just like in real life, certain states and regions are better than the rest. Additionally, specific pipelines are also well-known for creating athletes with certain archetypes.
How do pipelines work in College Football 25 Dynasty mode?
Pipelines represent the different states and regions from where the recruits are enlisted in college football. Recruiting pipelines determine the influence certain schools have while drafting prospects from specific areas.
When you create your coach in Dynasty mode, you have to mention a pipeline. Similarly, all schools have a pre-determined pipeline level based on real-life history. This doesn’t change in-game, which means that a given school will have a bigger influence when it comes to recruiting from a particular region.
Certain pipelines have been divided into sub-regions. Florida is available in North, Central, and South Florida. This has been done to maintain an overall balance in recruitment, and there are 50 pipelines in College Football 25. Inside the game, all schools are ranked between 1 and 5 when it comes to recruiting from a particular region, with 5 being the strongest.
If your school is 4 or 5 in certain pipelines, you can expect to get a steady stream of prospects from there. So, it becomes essential to pay attention to your rank for a particular pipeline, especially if you’re coaching a smaller school.
