Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 3 are live now. Along with the many new features and content updates comes a brand new sniper returning from Advanced Warfare. The MORS is a single-shot weapon, and each bullet is rechambered after each shot. The good news is you’ll never need to actually reload it.
MORS sniper best Warzone build
This version of the MORS sniper gives you the ultimate long-range weapon in Warzone. It’s nearly hitscan, as bullet velocity is excellent with nearly zero drop. With good aim, you’ll be able to easily one-shot-headshot down enemies from most distances. The rifle is especially effective on Rebirth Island, which is the only Resurgence map currently in the ranked play rotation.
Here are the best attachments for the MORS sniper:
- Photonic Charge Barrel
- Corio LAZ-44 V3 Laser
- Icarus Light Stock
- Quick Bolt
- HVP Anti-Materiel Slug
These attachments provide excellent bullet velocity, ranged damage, ADS speed, and fast rechambering. Especially in ranked Resurgence, it’s imperative to be able to move around the map quickly and take out enemies from any range. With the brand-new Season 3 MORS sniper, whether you’re sitting on Prison’s rooftop or sprinting around Rebirth Island, you’ll be cracking heads the entire time.
Best loadout to pair with the MORS sniper in Warzone
Some of the best perks and equipment in the game are versatile enough for use on any class. This includes the unique MORS sniper rifle, even on Rebirth Island. Keeping yourself mobile and aware at all times will ensure you have the best chance for success.
Best Warzone Perks:
- Mountaineer – Prevents you from breaking your legs when you fall from high places. Perfect for sniping from a rooftop and fleeing when you’re in trouble.
- Double Time – Increase your tactical sprint time for faster running away when a close-quarters fight is too much. Or to get to a vantage point quickly to take advantage of an unaware enemy from a distance.
- Quick Fix – Provides instant health regeneration when you kill an enemy or put armor plates in your vest. Great for sniper battles at range.
- High Alert – Flashes an alert on your screen in the direction an enemy is looking at you from. Don’t get caught standing still by another MORs sniper user.
Best Warzone Equipment:
- Smoke Grenades – The ability to hide yourself from opponents is clutch in many situations. Whether it’s reviving a teammate, grabbing your loadout, or just getting out of a hairy situation.
- Remote Mines (Unranked) – Those who like to camp while sniping can easily throw down a few mines. Protection from behind without ever having to turn around is essential.
- Frag or Semtex Grenades (Ranked) – Whichever grenade version you prefer, they’re extremely useful for flushing enemies out of buildings. Or for finishing your down up in an unreachable window.
Recent updates made tactical options like Stuns and Flashbangs less useful. As a result, the instant cover provided by smokes are unmatched in most Warzone situations. Use the lethal option of your choosing, as most are very useful. However, Semtex or Frag Grenades provide the most versatile functionality of the bunch.
