These three consecutive sky islands in the Necluda Sky Archipelago can be counted on to produce a couple of Big Hearty Radishes every Blood Moon:

Harvesting Big Hearty Radishes in Hateno Village

Hateno Village is a busy town dealing with mayoral elections and a changing culture. When visiting Hateno, Link can attend the lessons held in a building at the following coordinates: 3367, -1971, 0129. After completing the “Teach Me a Lesson” questline, Link will be able to ask Uma to plant crops for him.

Give her a Big Hearty Radish, and she’ll be able to grow more. She isn’t too good with radishes, so she can only grow a couple at a time. It’s a slow but reliable way to have a constant supply of the vegetable.
