Right now in the Alpha Test, there are over 40 weapons to choose from, out of which 13 are assault rifles alone. While some have higher rates of fire, others are proficient in better control and handling. So, here are the five best Assault Rifles to use in Delta Force.

5. AKS-74

  • Damage: 27
  • Range: 30m
  • Control: 35
  • Handling: 58
  • Stability: 40
  • Accuracy: 52
  • Armor Penetration: 36
  • Fire Rate: 533 rpm
  • Capacity: 20
  • Mode: Single/Auto
  • Muzzle Velocity: 500m/s
  • Gunshot Sound: 500m

The AKS-74 secures the number five spot on our list. By default, this Assault Rifle comes with a range of 30m, which is the standard for most ARs in the game. It excels in Handling and Accuracy, however, it falls short in Stability, Capacity, and Control.

The fire rate of this weapon is 533 rpm which is not the fastest but can be effective in short to medium-range combat. You can unlock it automatically after Extraction in the Tactical Turmoil game mode.

4. CAR-15

  • Damage: 25
  • Range: 30m
  • Control: 50
  • Handling: 61
  • Stability: 50
  • Accuracy: 53
  • Armor Penetration: 32
  • Fire Rate: 632 rpm
  • Capacity: 20
  • Mode: Auto/Single
  • Muzzle Velocity: 575m/s
  • Gunshot Sound: 500m

The CAR-15 is a shortened carbine version of the AR15 and is one of the best beginner assault rifles to use in Delta Force. It also unlocks automatically after completing Extraction in Tactical Turmoil and has great Handling and Accuracy.

However, it doesn’t have the best damage output as it’s limited to 25 for body shots and 47 for headshots. Its fire rate is better than the AKS-74 but there are better options below.

3. AKM

  • Damage: 26
  • Range: 30m
  • Control: 39
  • Handling: 59
  • Stability: 40
  • Accuracy: 53
  • Armor Penetration: 42
  • Fire Rate: 600 rpm
  • Capacity: 30
  • Mode: Auto/Single
  • Muzzle Velocity: 525m/s
  • Gunshot Sound: 500m

The AKM is one of the most-popular ARs in most FPS games, Counter-Strike being the biggest example, and it’s no different in Delta Force. This weapon unlocks much later in the game after you reach Operation Level 35.

The AKM is known for high recoil and poor stability. it lives up to that reputation in this game too, but it outshines all other guns in Armor Penetration and Damage.

2. AK-12

  • Damage: 24
  • Range: 30m
  • Control: 48
  • Handling: 58
  • Stability: 60
  • Accuracy: 54
  • Armor Penetration: 41
  • Fire Rate: 735 rpm
  • Capacity: 30
  • Mode: Single/Auto/Burst
  • Muzzle Velocity: 575m/s
  • Gunshot Sound: 500m

The AK-12 is one of the most balanced ARs you can use. It has a great combination of Stability, Handling, Control, Damage, Accuracy, and Fire Rate, thanks to a modular design.

You can unlock it after reaching Operation Level 22. The AK-12 offers three modes of fire: Single, Burst, and Auto. So, if you tap on enemies at long ranges or decide to spray them down at closer ranges, you get all the options.

1. M4A1

  • Damage: 20
  • Range: 30m
  • Control: 41
  • Handling: 61
  • Stability: 50
  • Accuracy: 55
  • Armor Penetration: 32
  • Fire Rate: 800 rpm
  • Capacity: 30
  • Mode: Auto/Single
  • Muzzle Velocity: 575m/s
  • Gunshot Sound: 500m

Sure, the M4A1 doesn’t have the best damage output, but the insane 800 rpm fire rate compensates for it, combined with great accuracy, handling, and stability.

It uses 5.56x45mm, caliber ammo and has a default magazine size of 30 bullets. You can unlock this AR after reaching Operation Level 13.

All the stats that we’ve mentioned above are of the base-level weapons. The more you play Delta Force, these weapons will reach higher levels which unlocks better attachments. They will come in handy for improving your loadouts and climbing up the rank ladder.
