Prime Video has released the cast for the upcoming Batman: Caped Crusader show. The DC animated series will feature Hamish Linklater’s voice as Batman. Hamish Linklater is known for his work in Midnight Mass, a horror miniseries. The cast was revealed through a trailer narrated by Linklater.

While the trailer revealed the cast, it did not specify which characters these actors will be voicing in the animated show. However, Prime Video has revealed that Batman: Caped Crusader will feature Diedrich Bader as Two-Face (Harvey Dent), Christina Ricci as Catwoman (Selina Kyle), and Jamie Chung as Harley Quinn (Dr. Harleen Quinzel).
At the time of the announcement, Prime Video also shared first-look images from the show, which featured Bruce Wayne and his Batman persona, and Dr. Harleen Quinzel and her villainous Harley Quinn look. The first-look images also revealed Commissioner James Gordon, Clayface (Basil Karlo), and Catwoman.
Batman: Caped Crusader was dropped by Warner Bros. back in 2022 to cut production costs for HBO Max, and the series was eventually picked up by Prime Video. J.J. Abrams, Matt Reeves, and Bruce Timm are executive producers of the upcoming DC animated series.
Batman: Caped Crusader will be released on August 1, 2024. Instead of following the weekly episode release route, all 10 episodes will be released at the same when the show premieres on Prime Video.
