All Neomuna chest locations in Destiny 2: Lightfall

Just look in the window

As part of the “From Zero” and “To Hero” quest lines, Guardians will be expected to find all of the Destiny 2 Neomuna chest locations. Some of these are very well hidden whilst others are in plain sight. Guardians may be expected to climb across building fascias or jump down into underground caves to uncover all nine regional chests in Neomuna. We’ll group these chests by the map areas and nearest landing points.

The map above is denoted with the chest locations, we will refer to them by these numbers throughout this article.

Zephyr Concourse region chests

The first Zephyr Concourse region chest can be reached by jumping left onto the building as soon as you arrive in the area. Jump up onto the glass awning and then up again to the rooftop to unlock the chest.

The second regional chest in Zephyr Concourse is behind some glass in a display window. It’s not immediately obvious how to gain access to this chest. Head towards the big pink graphic on the concourse and drop down to the level below. There’s a smashed shop window here with an open vent on the left. Enter the vent and follow the path to reach the second chest.

To get to the third regional chest in Zephyr Concourse go through the central hub, the big orange circular area, and stay left. Go through the first entrance on the left and you’ll see some bollards in front of a set of stairs. Go to the back of the bar and you’ll find another set of stairs leading to a large open space. Jump out on to the glass awning and you’ll find the regional chest in an alcove in front of a door.

To get to Ahimsa park, spawn at Nimbus and keep left. Follow the road and you’ll see plentiful Cabal. Remain left and follow the railings until you see a small area you can drop down into. Turn around and go into the cave to discover the fourth regional chest.

The fifth chest is a little more tricky to discover. Follow the road through a tunnel and keep right. Go right again at the street light and then forward until you see some planters and a huge abyss. Look up and you will see more glass awnings. Jump across them to reach the region chest. This can be a difficult jump, but we used the balconies to our advantage for a break which seemed to make it easier.

The sixth regional chest and last in Ahimsa Park is in front of Calus’ Typhon Imperator ship. There are some rocks in the area in front of it and a small opening. Head into the opening to find the last chest.

Liming Harbor region chests

To find the seventh region chest, the first in Liming Harbor, turn right on arrival and you’ll see a giant turbine fan. It can take some precise timing to jump up onto the platform behind both blades, but we found the most efficient way was to grapple with Strand.

The eighth chest can be reached by following the road until it turns into a tunnel. There are some platforms inside the tunnel that can be reached by going up the stairs on the right. Jump up to the first platform and then the second. Turn around and the region chest is just above you.

The ninth and final region chest is located just beyond the tunnel we came from. Follow the path out and you’ll see some jutting platforms between two buildings. Jump on the glass roof to the left before traversing the platforms quite far down the alley. The chest is on one of these platforms and is impossible to miss.

After finding all of the Destiny 2 Neomuna chest locations the quests “From Zero” and “To Hero” will be able to progress since you need to find three for the former but all nine for the latter.
