To help you find them all, here are the locations of all Pyroculus in Genshin Impact.

At the time of writing, you can find a total of 162 Pyroculus in Genshin Impact, with the newly released Tecoloapan Bay sub-area, as well as the Ochkanatlan and Quahuaca Cliff sub-regions featuring 2, 15, and 27, respectively. Keep in mind that very few of them will demand that you complete quests to be reached, so feel free to start hunting even if you have just arrived at the region.
