There are a lot of new quests to complete and challenges to meet as part of the Companion’s Day event in Infinity Nikki. One of these challenges involves “Fixing the Flicker,” and this involves an all-too-underutilized Ability Outfit.
The Electrician Ability Outfit is unlocked as you progress through the early parts of the main story, when you dive into the Wishing Well to repair the power system for the Croakers. What you may not know is that you can get the Electrician Ability Outfit to repair various street lights around Florawish, earning you 30 Diamonds per street light.

How to complete “Chaos in Festival Prep!” in Infinity Nikki
Before you can pick up this event quest, you’ll need to have completed Chapter 2’s “Wish Gathering” quest. Then, you’ll be able to talk to Elea at the location marked on the map above to begin “Chaos in Festival Prep!”
Elea is in charge of preparations for Companion’s Day, but the power grid is on the fritz, and street lights have begun to go out across Florawish. To complete this quest, you’ll need to repair one specific street light, which is located on the map below:
To repair this street light, make sure the Electrician Ability Outfit is selected and then approach the light, which will glow green. Interact with the light, and you’ll be faced with a puzzle to solve involving a number of squares that can be rotated to complete the circuit. It’s not too difficult; just spin around the squares until you get a complete circuit, and power begins to flow.
After completing this puzzle, Elea will approach Nikki and thank her, before letting her know that there are more broken street lights around Florawish and rewards available for repairing them.
All broken street lights in Florawish
As you wander around Florawish, it’s a good idea to keep the Electrician Ability Outfit equipped so you can easily spot broken street lights, which will glow green as you approach. These can all be fixed by solving puzzles to complete the circuit.
It’s worth noting that any streetlights you’ve fixed previously will remain functional, so you won’t be able to repair them again as part of the event. I may have repaired a number of them outside of this event, so my list here will not be comprehensive. However, here are three streetlights that can be repaired.
Northwest of the Mayor’s Residence
This street light can be found on the northwest corner of the Mayor’s Residence. Both the location and solution to the puzzle can be found above.
Northeast of Ray and Wing’s
You’ll find this street light on the path that goes around Ray and Wing’s. Above, you can find a map showing where to find it and the solution to the puzzle.
Outside Bibcoon’s Chuckle Club
The street light outside Bibcoon’s Chuckle Club can be repaired using the solution shown above, and completing this one will spark a cutscene with Angelo, who will thank you for your efforts in helping to save Companion’s Day.
