Pick a side in the war
Infinity Ward is gearing up to release Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2 Season 3. Alongside the new season comes plenty of fresh content for players to check out, including the arrival of Valeria and Alejandro as new operators. You might know these two quite well already.
Warzone 2.0 and MW2 Season 3 operators, revealed
Arriving on April 12, 2023, Season 3 will bring a ton of new content to Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2. One of the best pieces of content that has the community buzzing are the two new operator skins. While Season 2 only had a single featured new operator in Ronin, Season 3 will debut Alejandro and Valeria as core characters. This confirms some of the previous Season 3 leaks.
It’s uncertain how the dual operator situation will work in the upcoming Season 3 Battle Pass. In previous seasons, only one operator was unlocked for owners of the premium Battle Pass. However, it could very well work differently this time around. There’s a chance that players could unlock one character skin initially while the other hides deep within the Battle Pass. For now, though, we’ll have to wait until Season 3 drops on April 12 to find out.

Players who checked out the MW2 single-player campaign should know Alejandro and Valeria quite well. Alejandro is one of the characters who assists the player in the war against the drug cartel. Meanwhile, Valeria is his former associate who now works as one of the main villains in the MW2 campaign. Infinity Ward has already teased the continuation of the war between the two characters, asking players to pick a side in the fight.
In addition, players can see a glimpse of how both operator skins might look in Season 3. Besides these two operators, there could be more content themed around them coming soon, such as a potential limited-time event where players have the chance to fight for a certain team in the war for the city of Las Almas.
After all, their presences seem to indicate a Las Almas theme for Season 3. This location already exists in multiplayer with the popular Mercado Las Almas map, but perhaps there are other maps on the way soon, maybe even for both Call of Duty titles at once. Both Valeria and Alejandro will be playable operator skins for Warzone 2.0 and MW2 alike in Season 3.
