A little while back, our own Jim Sterling let you know how he feels about videogame piracy. A lot of you didn’t agree with Jim on his point that piracy is theft. Birdie didn’t agree with him either.

He threw together this video earlier today as a rebuttal to Jim’s arguments. It’s alright I guess. In typical Birdie fashion, the video going on in the background is arguably more interesting than what he has to say, but I’ll let you be the judge of that.
