Every time we posted an Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim story, people keep banging on about mod support. Well, we can finally put the questions to bed with confirmation that Bethesda will indeed release a toolset for the game, allowing you to modify it beyond your wildest fantasies.
In essence, this is a Captain Obvious post, as Bethesda isn’t known for its lack of mod support. Nevertheless, some people complained anyway because apparently, not confirming something immediately is evidence that it doesn’t exist at all.
“We’ve always been impressed with what the community has done with our tools,” says a Bethesda rep. “Like the Elder Scrolls Construction Set for Morrowind and Oblivion, we plan to release Creation Kit so you guys can mod Skyrim.”
There you go, folks! Looks like Skyrim will be in line for an unholy plague of ethereal watermelons in the near future. Is no realm of the Elder Scrolls safe from such hydrating horrors?
