Since Gray Zone Warfare’s Early Access launch began, players have been able to leverage their mission progress and rewards. Now, a new progress wipe is on the horizon, promising a fresh start for Day One users and making it more inviting for newcomers.

Gray Zone Warfare’s progress wipe begins on Nov. 27, 2024, the launch date of its Night Ops update. This restart will help lay the foundation for the new changes, making the transition more manageable. The only downside is you’ll need to start from scratch again, regardless of how much time you’ve put into the game. That means you’re basically beginning on Day One, wiping out most of your content.

You’ll still keep all your gear and equipment from your chosen edition. This includes Standard, Tactical, Elite, and Supporter Edition Equipment bundles. However, loot and mission progress won’t carry over.

While the wipe may necessitate more grinding time, the Night Ops update brings a plethora of new features to the table, giving players plenty to look forward to. The immersive day/night cycle, with its new threats, is a standout feature.
