All Perks in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6

The Perks of a soldier

Besides your weapons, it is the Perks of a loadout that make up a full-on build in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. Picking the right Perk for the right job means understanding what each one does, so here’s an explanation.

Every Perk in Black Ops 6

To begin with, all perks are separated into three playstyle sections that signify their general usage.

  • Enforcer: These Perks are designated by their Red coloring, and focus on aggressive, offensive-based gameplay.
  • Recon: These Perks are designated by their Blue backgrounds, and focus on passive, defensive-based gameplay.
  • Strategist: These Perks are designated by their Green backgrounds, and focus on secondary, utility-based gameplay.

For your clarity, I’ll break down each Perk by their gameplay type.

Enforcer Perks

  • Gung-Ho: Improves Sprint and Tactical Sprint movement speed when reloading and using Equipment. This is great for players who want to keep moving at near full speed, even when performing a standard action.
  • Dexterity: Reduces weapon motion while jumping, sliding, and diving. For those wanting to make good use of the Omni-movement available in Black Ops 6, this is a fantastic Perk to equip. Additionally, you take less fall damage.
  • Scavenger: Lets you resupply ammo and Equipment from defeated enemies. Basically, you’ll never run out of gear provided you’re scoring kills.
  • Assassin: When you kill an enemy on a kill streak, they will appear uniquely on your mini-map. Kill this foe and loot his body to gain additional Score.
  • Brusier: Melee kills and finishers earn you additional Score and heal you.
  • Double Time: Significantly boosts the duration of your Tactical Sprint, allowing you to move faster across the map.
  • Bank Roll: All your Scorestreaks cost 150 Score less than normal.

Recon Perks

  • Ghost: Become undetectable by Scout Pulse and UAV as long as you are moving, planting, defusing, or using a Scorestreak. Gives complete immunity to Prox Alarm.
  • Ninja: Your footsteps become almost completely silent.
  • Engineer: Lets you see enemy Scorestreaks and Equipment through walls, and they appear on your mini-map.
  • Tracker: Let’s you see enemy footsteps while auto-pinging enemies you look at while aiming down sights. There is a cooldown on the auto-ping portion.
  • Forward Intel: Zooms out your mini-map further and shows the direction of revealed enemies.
  • Vigilance: When revealed, a special icon will appear to inform you. Also, grants you total immunity to the effects of CUAV, Scrambler, and Sleeper Agent.
  • Cold-Blooded: Become undetectable to AI-based targeting and Thermal effects. Additionally, no Scorestreaks cannot highlight you.

Strategist Perks

  • Flak Jacket: Massively reduces the damage you take from explosives and fire.
  • Tac Mask: Gives you resistance to Flash Grenades, Concussion grenades, and Neuro Gas.
  • Dispatcher: Non-lethal Scorestreaks cost less. Stacks with the effect of Bankroll.
  • Fast Hands: This lets you swap weapons faster while also resetting the fuse time of grenades you throw back.
  • Quartermaster: Your Equipment recharges uses over time.
  • Guardian: Heal faster when capturing and holding objectives. Additionally, you revive your allies faster.
  • Gearhead: Grants two uses of your Field Upgrade while also boosting its charge rate. Also lets you hack enemy Equipment and Field Upgrades. As a bonus, it allows you to booby trap Care Packages.

What is a Combat Speciality in Black Ops 6?

By equipping three Perks of the same type at the same time, you will unlock that Perk group’s Combat Speciality, rewarding you with powerful additional effects. There are three different types of Specialty in Black Ops 6, one for each Perk Group.

  • Enforcer Speciality: Killing enemies gives you a temporary movement speed boost while also increasing your health regen rate.
  • Recon Speciality: Upon respawning, you gain brief wall-hack vision, allowing you to see all enemies on the map through walls. Additionally, when an enemy aims at you, your screen flashes as a warning. As a bonus, when you kill an enemy, no death skull icons appear, keeping your position hidden.
  • Strategist Speciality: Earn Score by completing objective-related activities and destroying enemy Equipment. You can also see Equipment through walls, and deploy your own Equipment and Field Upgrades faster.

For example, if I were to equip the Assassin, Dexterity, and Double Time Perks together, the Enforecer Speciality would then be activated. Specialties remain active permanently when three of the same Perk type are equipped together.

That said, there are plenty of viable builds that do not use Specialities, instead opting to combine the three Perk types for personalized gameplay.
