How to get Mahogany Wood in LEGO Fortnite

You can find Mahogany Wood in LEGO Fortnite’s new Lost Isles area, a lush and vibrant region with unique flora and fauna. Look for trees with darker brown trunks, as these are the ones that yield Mahogany Wood. Keep in mind that regular trees showcase a lighter appearance, so make sure to note their differences.

If you need help getting to Lost Isles, you can either start a new world and spawn there or use fast travel with the Bus Station. Once you get there, you should encounter some Mahogany trees in no time.

LEGO Fortnite Mahogany Wood recipes

The Crafting Bench offers a few Mahogony-based creations. Here’s a list of all Mahogany Wood recipes in LEGO Fortnite:

  • Pirate Musket
    • 3 Mahogany
    • 2 Mahogany Rod
    • 1 Cord
    • 1 Blast Powder
  • Flint-Knock Pistol:
    • 2 Mahogany
    • 1 Mahogany Rod
    • 1 Cord
    • 1 Blast Powder
  • Explorer’s Machete:
    • 2 Bone
    • 1 Cord
    • 1 Mahogany Rod
  • Throwing Spear:
    • 4 Mahogany Rod
    • 1 Wolf Claw

Unleash your inner pirate with the Pirate Musket, a weapon that packs a punch with enemies. The Flint-Knock Pistol produces a similar effect but with a bonus of knocking back foes. But, if you prefer melee combat, go with the high-damaging Throwing Spear. Not all Mahogany recipes are weapons, though, with the handy Explorer’s Machete. Use it to cut through bushes and any plants.

All recipes require you to shape the wood into a rod using the Lumber Mill station. Fortunately, they are easy enough to make, even during the beginning stages, as it only mandates 8 Wood and 15 Granite. You can also enhance various tools with the Rune Forge in exchange for Essence. Attach some Runes to your builds to increase damage, movement, and drop rates.
