eFootball 2025 allows players to choose from a wide array of free kick techniques, which of course, includes the elusive and always unexpected under the wall shot, made famous by the Brazilian legend Ronaldinho.
But scoring a goal like that is not an easy feat, as it will all be over if the wall decides not to jump. So that you can do your part and perfectly place the ball, here’s how to perform and score under the wall free kicks in eFootball 2025.
eFootball 2025 under the wall free kick guide
You can score frontal under the wall free kicks in eFootball 2025 by first aiming between the legs of the second and third wall members, from left to right if the keeper is on the right side and right to left if he is on the right side of the goal. Now, tap the shoot button before holding the left analog stick down/left (if using a left-footed player) or down/right (if using a right-footed one). You must only apply 10 to 15% power to the shot to score, as using more will cause you to miss your target or hit the wall.
How to score under the wall free kicks from the right and left sides
When facing the goal from the right side, you will be able to score under the wall free kicks by aiming between the legs of the first and second members of the wall (right to left), tapping the shot button slightly, and then either holding down/left (if using a left-footed player) or down/right (if using a right-footed one).
When shooting from the left, the only difference will be the aiming direction, as you must now aim your shot between the first and second members of the wall (left to right). As always, tap the shot button with around 10% strength and hold the left analog stick in the direction corresponding to your player’s dominant leg to guide the ball toward the net.
Under the wall free kick risks and when to do it
When looking to perform an under the wall free kick, you must consider two factors; the formation of the wall and your distance to the goal.
The former is a given, as walls featuring players on the back are made to stop under the wall kicks. Fortunately, knowing how to score with regular over-the-wall ones will allow you to become a double menace and counter your opponent’s strategy. You can check out how to do so in our How to score free kicks guide.
When talking about the right distance, I only recommend performing under the wall free kicks when at around 20 to 25 meters from the goal, as doing it from any further will allow the keeper to easily telegraph the trajectory of the ball. Make sure to also only use free kick specialists when performing the play, as even players known for being above average will struggle. When picking your kick takers, take into account their Curl and Set Pieces stats.
