If you’re looking for a relatively easy meal to make in Disney Dreamlight Valley, Spicy Baked Bream is a solid choice. It’s part of the base game, so there’s no need to own the Rift in Time DLC, and it’s actually worth making for both money and energy.
Spicy Baked Bream is a 3-star Entrée which, once made, will make up part of the Dreamlight Valley collection.
How to make Spicy Baked Bream in Disney Dreamlight Valley
As a 3-star meal, you’ll need the following three ingredients to make Spicy Baked Bream:
- 1 Bream
- Fished from blue fishing spots in Peaceful Meadow
- 1 Chili Pepper
- Can be purchased ready to use from Goofy’s Stalls in either the Sunlit Plateau or, if you have the Rift in Time DLC, the Glittering Dunes for 117 Star Coins.
- Chili Pepper Seeds can also be purchased from the same locations for 20 Star Coins. They take 45 minutes to grow and need watering only once.
- 1 Butter
- Can only be purchased from Chez Remy for 190 Star Coins.
Once you’ve gathered up these ingredients, you’ll need to make sure you have some Coal in your storage or inventory. If you don’t, you can purchase some at Kristoff’s Stall, where it’s a part of the permanent stock. Once you’ve done that, just head to any cooking station and throw the above ingredients into the pot to make Spicy Baked Bream.
Should you make Spicy Baked Bream in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
Although Spicy Baked Bream isn’t used in any quests, it’s still worth making for monetary gain or energy restoration. Your profits will vary, depending on whether you grew your own Chili Peppers, but Goofy will buy each serving for at least 767 Star Coins.
If you want to keep on Mining, Fishing, or simply zoom around the Valley on your Glider, consuming Spicy Baked Bream will restore at least 2,075 energy. This is a huge amount, considering that it’s only a 3-star meal, and will completely fill your energy bar and give you some yellow energy to boot.
If you want to use this dish as a decoration, just drop it from your inventory and then move it to your desired location within the Furniture menu.
