His powerful and swift punches make him one of the most effective early attackers, swiftly clearing waves. While Roku and Ichiga have their uses, Luffo’s reliability in taking down enemies is unmatched, giving you the confidence you need in battle.

You must also consider the Unit’s Passive skills, which will differ with each build. For instance, Luffo’s Greatest Pirate ability grants you five percent RNG with every attack, stacking up pretty nicely with his quick-paced hits.
