How to check the server status for an outage in Roblox

If you suspect that Roblox may be having server issues, you can visit their official status page on status.roblox.com.

Here, it’ll break down the server’s current status based on each platform. If everything says Operational, things should be fine. What you should be paying attention to is at the top where it’ll tell you if there’s an “Active Incident”.

There will also be a breakdown of what kind of incident is going on and which platforms are currently affected.

As of July 15, 2024, early noon PST, the game seems to be having a server thumbnail issue going on. The team has been monitoring and is now in the Investigating phase of fixing the problem. Hang tight and check this page periodically if things change.

Additionally, you can check social media to see if other players are experiencing the same issues as you. They may use hashtags like #Roblox and #RobloxDown.

When the Roblox servers are fixed on their end, you may want to restart your game, check for any updates, and make sure you have a steady internet connection.

Should problems still persist and everything is fine on your end, all you can do is wait until the server-side issues on Roblox are fully resolved.
