MW3 and Warzone’s Copy and Dupe could be your new favorite Operators with unique skin-stealing ability

Maybe I’ll finally get a Blackcell bundle…

Copy and Dupe in MW3 and Warzone

I’ve always looked past Call of Duty Blackcell bundles, mostly because I don’t feel like breaking the bank with its paywall. But, with the release of MW3 and Warzone Season 4, that has since changed with the thieving abilities of the Copy and Dupe Operators.

What makes them so extraordinary is their Identity Theft Finishing Move, which can steal another player’s skin and place it on to your own Operator. So, if you see someone causing havoc as The Boys’ Homelander, you can put ’em in their place by taking and using their skin. Call of Duty reposted a snippet of what it looks like in action, where the player Speros copies the skin of an unfortunate Warzone player.

While the result of copying the Operator skins is the primary show-stopper, it doesn’t hurt that the ability just looks cool. It’s as if Copy or Dupe are sucking the life out of someone, using a cloudy effect.

The only downside is that the Blackcell Operator’s stealing technique is temporary. That means you’ll immediately lose out on the skin upon death. However, it could bring about a challenge to see how long you can last with a particular Operator.

The Blackcell bundle will also still cost you, going for a price of $29.99 in the COD shop. This comes with the Season 4 Battle Pass, too, and a few more valuable gear.

Despite its paywall, getting ahold of Copy and Dupe in MW3 and Warzone could be worth it. You could think of it as an investment, since it gives you other exclusive skins for free, at least in a temporary sense.
