While it’s not always possible, it’s a welcome feature that makes games much more approachable if you speak a language other than English. • Zau and Zuberi: Abubakar Salim, Surgent Studios founder and BAFTA-nominated actor known for his roles in Raised by Wolves, House of the Dragon, and, what I know him for, Assassin’s Creed Origins.
• Kalunga: Tristan D. Lalla who has worked on Longshot, Nurses, and Adewale in Assassin’s Creed Freedom Cry.
• Bomani: Steve Toussaint, who recently worked on the Game of Thrones spin-off series House of the Dragon as Lord Corlys ‘The Sea Snake’ Velaryon.
• Liyana: Dominique Moore, who you may recognize from Horrible Histories, Hotel Trubble, and Paddington Green.
• Mama: Letoya Makhene, known for her role in Home Wrecker.
• Sabulana: Simona Brown, who plays Louise in Behind Her Eyes.

Swahili voice actor cast for Tales of Kenzera: Zau

Swahili is one of the languages spoken by the Bantu cultures that influenced so much of Tales of Kenzera: Zau. As such, you can play the game from start to finish in this dialect, something I think might help make it more immersive, similar to playing Ghost of Tsushima in Japanese.

• Zau and Zuberi: Neville Misati, best known as Blacksta in Rafiki.
• Kalunga: Maqbul Mohammed, who plays Nicky in Weakness.
• Sabulana: Amalie Chopetta, who you may know for her role in Holiday Fiance and as Aida in You Again.
• Bomani: Melvin Alusa, an actress I know best from The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, and also had roles in Mission to Rescue and TeraStorm.
• Liyana: Grace Nyokabi, who seems to be in her debut role in Tales of Kenzera: Zau.
• Mama: Edith Ithongo’o, recognizable for her role in the TV show Igiza and her work on Lia.
