Informing the masses through Facebook (I would’ve preferred Twitter myself), Team 17 has revealed the specifics of Worms 2: Armageddon‘s Xbox LIVE Arcade debut. It’ll be up on the Marketplace for 800 Microsoft Points starting on Wednesday, July 1.
While XBLA’s first Worms title was a little lacking due to size restrictions at the time, I’m fully inclined to believe Armageddon will more than make up for its predecessor’s shortcomings, especially at such a lovely price point.
The recently released Rocket Riot has gotten me in the mood for some hot Worms action, no doubt about it. I can only hope to not make an ass out of myself by accidentally jumping into the water like so many times before.
