Does Warframe Mobile have cross-save? Explained

With Warframe going mobile now publicly available on iOS, many people want to know if it also supports cross-save. Can we take the game on the go and not have to start over? We can explain below.

Does Warframe mobile have cross-save?

Fortunately, the mobile version of the game supports cross-save. This means that wherever you left off on another platform, you can take all that progress with you when you download Warframe on your mobile device. 

All you need to do is link your account(s) associated with Warframe on the website. With the mobile release of the game, there should now be an option to log in with iOS. Some restrictions may apply, like platform-exclusive items and user-generated content.

Just log in with your main account’s credentials so you can then merge all other platforms onto that main, including mobile. This option should be available once Warframe on Android eventually gets released.

Does Warframe mobile support cross-play?

To the surprise of many, yes, Warframe mobile has cross-play. You can link up with other squadmates on other platforms as you play through the variety of missions this game has to offer.

However, for a game with such high-intensity movement like this, the controls will take some time to get used to. Luckily, there are a lot of HUD customizations you can tinker with to better suit your style of play on Warframe mobile.

There is also controller support as long as your device permits peripherals to be used on it. For example, you can connect a Bluetooth controller natively to your device and have Warframe recognize it on start. 

Just customize the controls in-game if you decide to opt out of using the touch screen for gameplay. Either way, you will have options to play around with on your platform of choice.
