During the Diablo 4 Lunar Awakening Event, you can acquire Ancestral Favor reputation by killing enemies when empowered by a Lunar Shrine. Doing so increases your Ancestral Favor reputation, which in turn unlocks various rewards. Here are all Diablo 4 Ancestral Favor Rewards that you can acquire during the Lunar Awakening Event.
All Ancestral Favor reputation Rewards
As you gain more Ancestral Favor reputation, you will go through ten Ancestral Favor reputation tiers. Along the way, each tier has a couple of rewards for each tier, including cosmetics and gold. Here are all the Ancestral Favor reputation rewards:

- Lunar Scepter (Cosmetic Magic Wand)
Ancestral Favor Tier 3
- 50,000 Gold
