Earlier this week Grand Theft Auto IV started stuttering for many people when they went to play it on their PC. This was because of a recent Windows Live update that made the game start to stutter or stutter even worse than it already had. The issue, which caused a minor splash, has now been fixed so everyone here that wasn’t complaining about it can go back to doing just that.
Microsoft released a brief sentence about the fix, “Thanks for your patience, a new update is available that addresses the stuttering issue with GTA IV. Just log in and apply the new update.” All is thus well in the world of GTA PC gaming and we can all go back to appreciating the wonders of running down strangers for fun.
