I’ll admit that I was skeptical of vehicles introduced into any mode when it came to Call of Duty. Perhaps it’s because I last about as long as a snowball in a volcano in Warzone, but the MW3 Zombies mode changed my mind. Whether it’s simply mowing down the undead or desperately trying to reach the exfil zone, I enjoy bopping around in my anime-wrapped vehicle.
It would appear that Mister Peeks is also a fan as the Aether bunny has an Easter Egg that involves racing an ATV. Here’s where to find the challenge and how to complete it.
Race to the Reward Rift with Mister Peeks
This challenge requires players to race an ATV along a desolate stretch of highway. The race isn’t against other players or NPCs. Instead, it is a time trial of sorts. The objective is to start under a sign serving as a seat for Mister Peeks and race to the other sign down the road.
The easiest way to do this is to find an ATV via the map, obtain it, and head to Sector I4. Once there, position yourself under the sign. When you hear the laugh, that’s your cue to get going. Try to avoid the zombies that spawn as the ATV can’t take many hits. Should you be quick enough, you’ll see the Reward Rift appear.
As with any of these challenges, you need to be the first person in the session to complete it in order to obtain the reward. I haven’t had too much of an issue with this, but still recommend turning off the squad fill option in the main menu to help put the odds further in your favor.
